Detailed Description
A highly ornamented sculpture of Uma-Maheshwar in alingana
posture wearing jatha mukutha with depiction of elaborate,
ornamental prabhavali behind their heads. Right hand of
Mahesh is in abhayamudra and the left arm is embracing Uma on
her shoulder. Uma is depicted with four hands. One right arm
is broken and the other is embracing Mahesh. In the left hand
she is holding a lotus (only the stem is visible) and in the
other hand she is holding a mirror. Both the deities are
adorned with elaborate ornamentation.
