Headless, ornamented sculpture of Vetal wearing a garland of
skulls around the neck. Ribs are clearly visible. The deity has
a disproportionate body with its torso longer than the legs. It
wears an elaborate waistband and carries a scorpion over the
abdomen.The figure is finaly carved.
The cult of vetal was more
popular among the ancient Goans than today.
